Of course, we know that there are times that it is necessary for us to use what you are accustom to. Or if it is a business and you have cleaners that you want used, let our office know. We are here to help you in any way possible.
Though COVID-19 is potentially lethal to anybody, it is far more likely to cause serious problems and fatality in older people, as well as folks who are immunocompromised. If you know someone nearby who is considered high-risk, lend them a helping hand. Do their grocery shopping or whatever else you can do to ensure they stay home.
We have taken extra precautions before sending our cleaners out. They have a series of questions they must answer before they can even clock in. They also have all the necessary supplies to disinfect any room or area that you want done. If you are running a fever, please notify the office immediately so we can re-schedule.
I know we all look forward to being back to normal, but until then we will follow all the guidelines to be safe.
Pets are a part of the family. During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
Of course. Our team members have to report all tips. You may give them cash or you can add it to your invoice.
Unfortunately we don't at this time. There are delicate measures to take when cleaning these types of jobs and we have not trained for this.
